This site is run by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT), a transport authority established under the Transport (Scotland) Act 2005 whose main offices are located at 131 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5JF.


SPT is the marketing name for the Strathclyde Partnership for Transport and should be interpreted as such in the following notice.

This website is operated and controlled by SPT. This privacy statement only covers the SPT website and does not extend to links to other websites.

The only personal information SPT may collect from you via this website is your email address and any other personal information which you forward to us by email. This information will be processed in accordance with, and will comply with, the Data Protection Act 1998. From 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force in the UK, which changes rights and responsibilities in respect of personal data. SPT will, from that date, comply with that law in collecting, using and sharing your personal data.
